Description:

Cedar Point’s Park Operations division hires more than 1,000 seasonal employees in 70+ different locations throughout the park. A wide variety of positions are available including cashier/ticket taker, pet farm, guest service host, lifeguard, restroom host, ride host, steam locomotive/train staff, traffic host, trash removal, and event set-up.

Duties and responsibilities vary depending on position. However, most positions require the following to be considered for hire:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to deal with the public

Honesty and reliability a must

Flexibility to work various hours and assist in other positions

Base pay for most positions begins at $6.25/hr. with an additional $1/hr. bonus program. On average employees work a 48-hour workweek. Low cost housing is available for applicants who qualify.
