Description:

Inspect and maintain life support systems in all park areas. Walk on multiple daily rounds and check all valves, pumps, chillers, pressure gauges heaters and bio-filters for proper operation. Assist with laboratory analysis Assist with animal care Interpret readings and make adjustments as needed. Check water levels and appearance of all pools and tanks. Check the health and appearance of all animals in assigned areas and report any problems to appropriate personnel immediately. Maintain life support system log sheets. Record information on temperature, pressure, etc. Use computers to monitor filters and backwashing of filters. Assist in other Oceanarium areas as assigned. Other duties as requested.
